You remain responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Attempt to spoof GPS locations
• Manipulate check-ins or rewards
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Disrupt platform operations
• Upload malicious software or code
• Violate applicable laws

Check-Ins and Challenges

Pilgrim uses location-based verification to validate participation.

Attempting to falsify location data, manipulate rewards or gain unfair advantages may result in:

• Removal of achievements
• Suspension of access
• Permanent account termination

Curator Content

Curators may submit journeys, routes, recommendations and other content.

By submitting content you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• It does not infringe third-party rights
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• It is not misleading, harmful or unlawful

Pilgrim reserves the right to edit, reject or remove content at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, trademarks, designs and proprietary content remain the property of Beatnik Studio Limited or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By uploading content, you grant Pilgrim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Display
• Publish
• Promote
• Distribute
• Adapt

that content for platform operation and marketing purposes.

Outdoor Activities Disclaimer

Pilgrim provides information only.

Users remain solely responsible for:

• Personal safety
• Route planning
• Equipment
• Weather assessment
• Travel arrangements

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You participate entirely at your own risk.

Accuracy of Information

While we aim to provide accurate information, Pilgrim does not guarantee that:

• Route information is accurate
• Businesses remain open
• Opening hours are correct
• Access permissions remain unchanged
• Facilities remain available

Users should independently verify important information.

Future Paid Features

Pilgrim may introduce paid subscriptions, premium content or paid journeys.

Additional commercial terms may apply. Pricing, billing, cancellation and refund policies will be published separately where relevant.

Suspension and Termination

Pilgrim may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform
• Harm other users

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilgrim and Beatnik Studio Limited shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Personal injury resulting from user negligence

• Business closures or access restrictions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
